Keterangan tabel:
- 1 Sesi = 50 Menit
- Kelas malam (evening class), kelas akan berlangsung dari sekitar pukul 18:00 WIB hingga 20:00 WIB. Normal 2 sesi pada hari kerja dan 7 sesi pada hari sabtu. Contohnya, kelas dengan 16 sesi normalnya akan membutuhkan 5 hari kerja dan 1 hari Sabtu.
- Kelas siang (daytime class), kelas akan berlangsung dari pukul 09:00 WIB hingga pukul 17:00 WIB, 8 sesi dalam satu hari. Contohnya, kelas yang memiliki 16 sesi akan membutuhkan 2 hari.
- Harap dicatat bahwa setiap kelas memiliki jumlah minimum peserta yang diadakan. Jika jumlah peserta dibawah itu atau tidak mencapai minimum, idCARE.UI berhak membatalkan kelas tersebut.
- idCARE.UI membatasi 15 peserta dalam satu kelas.
- idCARE.UI akan memilih peserta jika peserta telah melebihi jumlah maksimum.
- Semua ujian subjek atau mata kuliah akan diadakan secara tatap muka. Ujian akan dilakukan di Universitas kampus Depok atau Salemba.
