IdCARE.UI held 2nd Gathering in 19th April 2025 at The Margo Hotel, Depok, brought together professionals and academics on a day dedicated to advancing digital resilience and collaborative cybersecurity education with tagline “ We don’t just protect, We Empower!” . The event opened with remarks from Dr. Ir. Muhammad Salman, IdCARE.UI Board of Executive, who underscored the need for strong technological resilience and cross-sector cooperation to counter evolving cyber threats. The forum’s welcoming session, by Mrs. Lani as the Master Ceremony, was followed by a photo session and networking coffee break that set a collegial tone for the day.
The technical sessions began with a panel moderated by Dr. I Gde Dharma Nugraha, Cluster Leader from IdCARE.UI, featuring presentations from IdCARE.UI CAMP member, on the “Mata Elang” initiative (Dr. Ferry Astika), the “Makara SOC” platform (Wahyu Sutejo), and the Cyber Range program (Defiana Arnaldy and Anggi Rifa Pradana). The concise presentations were followed by an engaging discussion session, fostering knowledge exchange and cross-disciplinary interaction. At 11:15, the spotlight shifted to idCARE.UI digital learning with the soft launch of idCARE.UI’s Learning Management System (LMS), led by Tides Anugraha, IdCARE.UI Executive Director.
The event culminated with exchange of token apprecation to IdCARE.UI Learning Partner (ILP), active CAMP member, and representatives from the JICA-UI human resource development for cybersecurity professional project. Mr. Hiroyuki Ide, JICA’s Chief Advisor, closed the session by affirming JICA's ongoing support for talent development and international cooperation in cybersecurity. The forum effectively bridged technical innovation with educational impact, reinforcing the importance of sustained, collaborative efforts in strengthening national and global cybersecurity capacity.
